Spencer Patton

Spencer Patton, Staff Writer

Spencer Patton joined The Blue & Gold in the fall of 2025. He is passionate about film, storytelling, and great cinematography, and how they can capture perspectives and details that people often miss. Spencer enjoys exploring the creative side of visual storytelling through writing and film analysis and is also a member of the Marist Film Club. Outside of the newspaper, he plays varsity lacrosse and enjoys spending time with family in the mountains of North Georgia. Originally born in New York City, Spencer’s creativity and curiosity were shaped early by growing up around art, culture, and storytelling. These influences continue to inspire both his writing and love of film today.
